What Is Steev?

That friend who's really into running and knows way too much about it, but in a fun way. Steev gives you personalized workouts based on your goals, fitness level, and how you're feeling.

How It Works

Tell Steev about your running background, set a goal, and you'll get workouts tailored to you. As you train and check in, your plan adapts — harder when you're ready, easier when you need it.

Training Philosophy

Consistency beats intensity. Recovery is training. Race goals motivate — they're not pass/fail tests. Steev draws from proven coaching principles while keeping things practical and sustainable.

Sync Your Runs

Steev syncs with Apple Health, pushed automatically from the Steev iOS app once you grant permission — distances, pace, heart rate, splits. The coach uses that data to adapt future workouts, detect personal bests, and match completed runs to your training plan. Access is read-only; Steev never writes back to Health. You can disconnect anytime from the Steev app's Settings, or manage Health permissions directly on your iPhone.

Who's Behind Steev?

Steev is built and operated by Allergomat AB, a Swedish company. We also make allergomat.app — an allergen detection tool for food safety. Different domains, same team, same care for building tools that actually help people.
